1. Overview
Cross Light is an online ticketing platform that facilitates the sale of tickets for events hosted by churches and faith-based organisations (“Event Organisers”).
Cross Light is not the organiser, host, or promoter of any event.
When you purchase a ticket through this platform, you enter into a direct agreement with the Event Organiser.
2. No Returns
All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase, except where required by applicable law.
3. Refunds, Cancellations & Postponements
3.1 Responsibility of Event Organiser
All decisions regarding refunds, cancellations, and postponements are the sole responsibility of the Event Organiser (church).
Cross Light does not make decisions regarding refunds.
3.2 Event Cancellation
- If an event is cancelled, any refunds will be determined and authorised by the Event Organiser
- Cross Light will facilitate the refund process only once approval has been received from the organiser
3.3 Event Postponement
- If an event is postponed, tickets will typically remain valid for the new date
- Any refund options will be determined solely by the Event Organiser
3.4 Event Changes
- Changes to event details (including venue, time, speakers, or programme) are the responsibility of the Event Organiser
- Refunds for such changes are at the organiser’s discretion
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Cross Light does not provide refunds for:
- Change of personal circumstances
- Failure to attend an event
- Dissatisfaction with the event
All such matters must be directed to the Event Organiser.
5. Processing of Approved Refunds
- Refunds will only be processed once authorised by the Event Organiser
- Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible
- Service or processing fees may be non-refundable
6. Cross Light’s Role (Important)
- Cross Light acts strictly as an intermediary ticketing platform
- We do not control or manage events
- We are not responsible for event delivery, changes, or cancellations
- We do not guarantee the quality or outcome of any event
7. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Where required by law, refunds or remedies may still apply.
