Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase, except where required by applicable law.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><b> Refunds, Cancellations &amp; Postponements<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><b>3.1 Responsibility of Event Organiser<\/b><\/p><p><b>All decisions regarding refunds, cancellations, and postponements are the sole responsibility of the Event Organiser (church).<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cross Light does not make decisions regarding refunds.<\/span><\/p><p><b>3.2 Event Cancellation<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If an event is cancelled, any refunds will be determined and authorised by the Event Organiser\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cross Light will facilitate the refund process only once approval has been received from the organiser\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>3.3 Event Postponement<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If an event is postponed, tickets will typically remain valid for the new date\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any refund options will be determined solely by the Event Organiser\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>3.4 Event Changes<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Changes to event details (including venue, time, speakers, or programme) are the responsibility of the Event Organiser\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds for such changes are at the organiser\u2019s discretion\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"4\"><li><b> Non-Refundable Situations<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cross Light does not provide refunds for:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Change of personal circumstances\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failure to attend an event\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dissatisfaction with the event\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All such matters must be directed to the Event Organiser.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><b> Processing of Approved Refunds<\/b><\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds will only be processed once authorised by the Event Organiser\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Processing time: <\/span><b>7\u201314 business days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> after approval\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Service or processing fees may be non-refundable\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"6\"><li><b> Cross Light\u2019s Role (Important)<\/b><\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cross Light acts strictly as an control or manage events\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are not responsible for event delivery, changes, or cancellations\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not guarantee the quality or outcome of any event\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol
